In All Things Give Thanks

I want to take a few moments to share my gratitude for you and the connection we share. I also want to thank you for being a part of my journey. I have not always been a transformational health life coach because I have not always known the importance of sharing my journey and helping others on their journey. For most of my life, I have kept my struggles to myself and have been quite private. I have many friends that I get together with on a regular basis, but like a lot of women, we gather to vent and not necessarily to brag about the awesome things in our life. I encourage you to brag once in a while, we need to know that our fellow sisters are doing amazing things and enjoying a blessed life.

I have, for the most part, tried to be a positive shining light whenever in a crowd and I believe that most of my friends would agree with that. I have spent the past several years on expanding my beliefs and in a relationship with God and learning my life’s purpose. I don’t believe my current path would have been possible without this crucial step. I feel like my newest journey has only begun.

Along the way, there have been lots of ups and downs, but in all things I give thanks. I embrace my fears and embrace the challenges thrown at me because I now realize that I am being molded into the better or best version of myself for a higher good. As a coach and because I can’t help myself, I challenge you to leave your comfort zone to embrace your fears and challenges and strive to be a better or best version of yourself. And what better time than autumn to let go of those fears or beliefs that no longer serve you and make room for all the great things that the Universe wants to bring into your life.

Stay beautiful, radiant and true to yourself!
